If the product is damaged, please inform us on the date of delivery, opening video is mandatory, video should not be paused or edited. Inform us at svikagarments@gmail.com or to our official Instagram handle(link available in footer of the page) with order number, full name and images of the damaged product and someone from our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and will guide you through the process of returning the SVIKA pieces. We request you to please assist them if they ask you for further information or photographs to access your return request.
- Exchange is not accepted once order is placed
- Damaged product will be replaced by the same model product.
- If replacement is approved then replaced product will be delivered in 7 days. Return should be made within two days after receiving the product.
- Please read item descriptions carefully and note sizes of products. Please also know monitors are calibrated differently and colours, while may be close, may not be 100% accurate.
- Return, Refund and cancelation of order is not accepted once order is placed.
- Refund is not applicable.

Delivery Time:
On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order. From the date of placing order, we would take 9-15 working days to deliver your order by our delivery partner. In few locations, the delivery may take longer, depending on the accessibility of your location by our logistics partners. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates. In case you need a garment by a particular date, please reach out to our team via Official Instagram chat and inform us in advance.
International Shipping:
We ship to selected major countries worldwide. Please choose your shipping zone while placing your order. Our international shipping charges vary with the quantity. You can make payment through any Cards or Net Banking or UPI payments. International Cards are also accepted. Your purchase will be shipped through India Post International Courier Service. Please allow up to 15 to 25 days for your package to arrive. Some areas may take longer depending on customs. If you need faster delivery, you can message us in Instagram or WhatsApp and choose other courier service like DHL, Atlantic Courier, Aramex Courier by making any additional charges if applicable.
